Where Form Meets Function.

Sculptural lighting set the tone for this luxury residential renovation in Chico, California, where statement-making design meets thoughtful functionality. Studio B. transformed the home with a reimagined kitchen, the addition of two beautifully appointed en suite bedrooms, and curated furnishings throughout.

From striking light fixtures to layered textures and refined finishes, every detail was considered to create a cohesive, sophisticated interior. The new bedroom suites offer comfort and privacy, while the redesigned kitchen brings fresh energy to the heart of the home.

The result? A home that balances architectural interest with effortless livability, proving that beautiful design is as much about how a space feels as how it looks.
