Small Footprint. Big Personality.

Good things really do come in small packages! This 1,200-square-foot guest house in Colusa, California, underwent a complete renovation, transforming an overlooked ADU into a modern country retreat that sleeps ten.

Studio B. reimagined every inch with thoughtful space planning, custom millwork, and curated furnishings. A color-drenched bunk room, playful bathroom with checkered tile and floral flooring, and cozy great room bring personality to every corner.

The kitchen became a welcoming gathering spot with quartz countertops and a custom banquette, while the primary bedroom offers a serene escape with soft neutrals and layered textures.

The result? A charming, hardworking little house that delivers big on style, comfort, and functionality.
